He was predeceased by : his significant other Helen; his parents, Harvey McFadden and Mary McFadden; his brother Don; and his stepson Miles Anderson.

He is survived by : his children, Magi McFadden of Pinehouse, SK, Stella Summers of Saskatoon, SK, Brian Anderson (Nadine) of Cobblehill, BC and JoAnn Hauglum (Allan) of Midale, SK; his grandchildren, Courtney McFadden, Lisa McFadden, Denim Isaac, Andrew Isaac, Luke Summers, Tyler Anderson, Tamara Anderson, Cory Torgunrud and Lacy Scrupps; and his sisters, Margaret Zaborowski of Weyburn, SK, Linda McFadden and Doreen Rice. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
