She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Meyers and Ruben Meyers; her siblings, Margaret Torgunrud (Marg), Ruby Poczynek, Willard Meyers, Joyce Webster and Evelyn Bay (Evy); her husband Donn Morton; and the father of her children Jim Proudfoot.
She is survived by: her children, James Proudfoot (Cat) of Parksville, BC, Heather Berendt (Rick) of Edmonton, AB and Wendy Proudfoot of Edmonton, AB; her grandchildren, Andrea Tamm (Alex), Kimberley Christian (Mike), Stephanie McCorkill (Scott), Karl Berendt, Carolyn Handy (Josh) and Max Berendt; and her stepchildren, Jayne Morton, Steven Morton and Rob Morton (Sihem). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchild, and wonderful friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grace United Church (210 3rd St NE, Weyburn, SK S4H0W6).
