She was predeceased by : her parents, Malcolm Purdon and Jean Purdon; her former life partner Lyle Chipley; her husband Daryl Muir; her grandson Jeff Chipley; her parents-in-law, Alice and Rudy Chipley; and her siblings-in-law, Laverne Chipley, Eva Chipley, Allan Chipley and Jim Carnegie.

She is survived by : her children, Duane Chipley (Lynn), Lynnis Rondeau (Dale), Don Chipley and Lory.
