He is survived by: his spouse Emily; his children, Kelly (Susannah) and Greg; his grandchildren, Erik, Anders, Christian and Annelise; and his siblings, Daniel (Elizabeth), Paul (Sheila), David (Sandra), John (Pamela), Grace (late Daniel West) and Florence (late Paul Morck). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
