It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Hedwig Sidloski of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 1, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Hedwig Sidloski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andre Nimegeers and Gertrude Nimegeers; her husband Roy Sidloski; her sons, Delmar Joseph Sidloski and Arin Michael Sidloski; and her siblings, Germaine Van Kampen, Andrew Nimegeers, Gordon Nimegeers, Darlene Reihl and Jerome Nimegeers.
She is survived by: her children, Darcy Sidloski (Devora), Melany Mazenc (Dave), Marty Sidloski (Moree), Donya Epp, Tim Sidloski (Ann), Marnel Spencer (Mike), Korene Boehm (David), Twyla Bellefleur (Darcy Bell), Ryan Sidloski, Calinda Charlton (Barclay), Rocky Sidloski (Wendy), Troy Sidloski (Kellie), Kendra Garbe (Gary), Kern Sidloski (Kara) and Dalyn Sidloski; her siblings, Beatrice Sidloski (John), Stafford Nimegeers (Darlene), Clifford Nimegeers (Marilyn), Wilfred Nimegeers (Adele), Bernadette Shenher, Cecile Halyk and Doug Nimegeers (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Mildred Nimegeers and Valerie Nimegeers. She is also survived by 40 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A prayer was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church (314 3rd St NE, Weyburn, SK S4H0W7). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
