He was predeceased by: his parents, Viateur Forest and Rose Eva Forest (Lavallee); and his siblings, Aristide "Poncho", Florent, Denis, Therese and Doris.
He is survived by: his wife Monique Forest of Radville, SK; his children, Raymond Forest, Yvette Karwandy (Gary), Wayne Forest (Shauna) and Mark Forest (Richelle); his granddaughters, Holly, Sarah, Molly and Charlize; and his siblings, Albert, Lionel, Margaret, Marie-Reine, Rita and Claire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & friends.
