He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenz Leier and Julianna Leier (Helfrick); his siblings, John Leier (Katherine), Edward Leier and Mary Warnke (Jerry); and his stepsiblings, Walter Grad (Gerty) and Theresa Grad.
He is survived by: his wife Jean (Menard); his sons, Bryan (Rose), Deidre (Nick Schaeffer), Garret (Sarah), Jeadel (Bryant Gaetz), Cliff (Melanie), Josh (Keri), Chantal (Trevor), Jeremy (Holly), Nathan (Bailey Sognesand), Zoe, Zachary, Kenney (Doreen), Luke (Marissa), Scott (Jana), Danny (Jaycee), Stephen Jr. (Tammy), Dylan (Kailee Speidelsbach), Dawson and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Brodie, Sophia, Raya, Jovie, Arlo, Jaslyn, Brielle, Theron, Barrett, Lily, Preston, Henrik, Taylor and MacKenzie; his siblings, Frank Leier (Barbara) and Rose Eberle (Leier); and his siblings-in-law, Stella Smith (Menard), Jean Leier (Baker) and Roy Eberle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
