He is survived by: his children, Judy and Mike (Corry); his grandchildren, Chase (Samantha), Brooke (Kolton), Kayne (Kali) and Kassidy (Dawson); his daughter Paula (Chris); his grandsons, Aiden and Andrew (Hailey); his daughter Lisa (Mark); his grandchildren, Josie, Nia and Tempe; his daughter Lori (Rocky); his grandchildren, Megan and Seth; his great grandchild Annette; and his family Dr. Haidash.
