He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Johnson and Opal Johnson; his wife Irene; and his siblings, Ross, Billy and Pat Daniel.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Johnson of Whitewood, SK and Rob Johnson of Wellington, NZ; and his brother-in-law Wes Stevenson (Olga) of Saskatoon, SK. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
