He was predeceased by : his parents, Percy Proctor and Mary Proctor; and his grandson Kim Proctor. He is survived by : his stepchildren, Debbie, Don, Diane, David and Darlene; his wife Sheila; and his great grandchildren, Debbie Ross (family: Jerri Gusikoski, Gracyn, Lane, Rhett, Hayes), Jolee Ross (Curtis), Rexley, Jesse Ross, Jeani Ross, Jodie Ross, Donald Proctor (Bonnie, family: Boyd, Maddie), Brandon Kylah (Mallory), Clay, Diane Learmonth (Scott, family: Robin, Troy), Bruce, Angelica, Conner, David Proctor, Darlene Proctor (Pierre) and Chloe. He is also survived by children, grandchildren.
