It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alexander Dzeylion (Wollaston Lake, Saskatchewan), born in Brochet, Manitoba, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Modeste Dzeylion and Lucy Dzeylion; his wife Neomi Dzeylion; his son Aberham Joseyounen; his great grandchild Henryk Okemau; his brothers, Jimmy (Rose), Leon and Napoleon; and his siblings' children, Margaret Kkaikka, Billy Dzeylion and Jerome Tssessaze.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Veronica), Angus (Rose), Judy (Jean Marie), Raymond (Claudette), Florence (Simon) and Baby Boy Elie "Joey" Tsannie; his grandchildren, Helen, Verna, Bruce, Peter, Jenny, Christopher, Vanessa, Jacob (Corrine), Jason, Jesse, James, Joseph Jerry, Jerome, Jarett, Jaralynn, Pierre, Jean Marie, Jody, Gary, Kane, Ray, Ryan, Rylie, Rylynn, Rayda, Stephanie, Kimberly, Rudy, Tristen and Deneyu; his siblings, William (Veronique), Joseph (Florence), Jonas (Adele), Emil (Margaret), Martin (Sally), David (Bernadette), Alice, Marie and Gabriel Benonie; and his close friends, Philip Josie, Marshall Tssessaze, Noel Antsanen, Pat Hugarth, Gilbert Sha'Oulle and John Pacquette.
