He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Whitecap and Jean Prettyshield; his siblings, Kevin (Chucky), Gabe, Joanne, Patsy and Arlette; his daughter Cleo; his niece Winona; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Brandon and Brayden.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Eashappie; his siblings, Darlene, Noreen, Gary and Dale; his children, Patrick, Colleen (Peter), Paulette, Stenella (Greg), Celinda (Ryan), Rebecca (Elton) and Denise (Richard); his adoptive children, Claudene (Glenn), Adrian and Richard Cappo; and his great grandchild Lincoln.
A wake was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Floyd's Residence. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Community Hall.
