She is survived by: her children, Skylar Thomson (Rance) and Zane Jack; her grandchildren, Mathias, Messiah, Courage, Rylan, Doris, Mekhi, Wylde and Chauncy; her siblings, Bernard "Hoss" Jack (Joanne), Marvin Jack, Kathy Jack (Orval), Elsie Jack, Fayrol Hall (Wayne), Sandra (Jeff), Melda Netmaker (Olu), Susan Jack, Shannon Gush Jack (Dale) and Jason Jack; and her nieces, Heather and Michelle. She is also survived by many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
