She was predeceased by : her parents, John Robson Garden and Clara Annie (Lemcke); and her siblings, Martha Joan Christoffel, Katherine Isabel Taylor and Norman John Garden.

She is survived by : her children, Jim (Carol), Richard (Claudette) and Maureen Mytopher. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and her beloved nieces and nephews.
