He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob and Julia; and his siblings, Fred, Clara Hennig and Helen Gattinger.

He is survived by : his wife Christine Madeley; his son Jason (Lisa); his grandchildren, Avery and Cole; and his son Christopher (Debbie).
