He was predeceased by: his brother Isaac; his sisters-in-law, Tiena, Frieda, Viola (Jack) and Norma (Frank); his parents, Peter Hildebrandt and Elizabeth Hildebrandt; and his siblings, Eva, Peter, Mary, Helen, Henry, Elizabeth and Jake.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lange; his children, John, Darryl (Catherine), Cameron and Sherilyn (Terry); his grandchildren, Kyle, Laura, Amy, Alayna, Evan and Ty Anderson; and his sister Justine.
