He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Melnychuk and Elsie Melnychuk. He is survived by: his children, Darryl Melnychuk, Debra Henderson and Tammy Bulych. He is also survived by many extended family, friends and neighbors.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
