He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Katie; his daughter Lynette; and his siblings, Patricia, Alice, Rita, Rose Ann, Arthur, Robert and Edwin.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel Johnson; his children, Elizabeth (Chuck), Brent (Shelley), Shannon (Wayne) and Sheldon (Teri Lynn); his grandchildren, Chauncey (Amber), Dana (Chris), Adam (Teigan), Tyler, Caitlyn, Danielle, Lacey and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Sage, Kaylie, Skylar, Keaton and Daisy; and his daughter Liz. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces & nephews, neighbors & friends.
