He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Chupa and William Chupa. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Roidyn, Brynn, Carter and Caitlin; his stepgrandsons, Nicholas and Jarrett; his sister Marie; his wife Joyce Chupa; his children, Brian (Vanessa), Roidyn, Brynn (Jordan), Barry (Vicky), Carter, Caitlin, Nicholas and Jarrett; and his brother Anton (Angie). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials in memory of Andrew may be made to Palliative Care at St. Paul's Hospital C/O (St. Paul's Hospital Foundation 1702 20th Street West Saskatoon, SK S7M 0Z9) as gifts of remembrance.
