She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bordun and Mary Bordun; her husband John J. Romaniuk; her siblings, Dmetro, Bessie German and Lena Lischynski; her daughter-in-law Susan Romaniuk; her brothers-in-law, Harry German, Bill Lischynski and Glen Wiwchar; her nephew Brent Lischynski; and her niece Marlene Korol.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Sobkow (Steve) of Calder and Lawrence Romaniuk of Kelowna; her grandchildren, Ivan Sobkow (Regina) of Calder and Andrea Sobkow of Calgary; her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Vincent Sobkow of Calder; and her sister Vicky Wiwchar of Canora. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
