Anthony Prokop Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Prokop and Albina Prokop (Schushetski); and his siblings, Steve, Bill, Peter (Mary), Joe (Pearl), Sam (Alice), Mike, John, Helen Marchinko (Paul), Anne Mead (Owen) and Mary Kachur (Steve).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Polowick of Yorkton; his children, Tracy of Regina, SK and Corey (Karen) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Calvin, Samantha, Austin, Sienna and Caeli; his great grandchild Paras; his sister Nellie Marohn (Siegie) of Richmond, BC; and his sisters-in-law, Elsie of Pincher Creek, AB and Alice of Yorkton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Memorial donations in memory of Tony may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church as gifts of remembrance.
