Art Scherr Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Art Scherr (Yorkton, Saskatchewan), who passed away at the age of 77, on December 13, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Scherr and Elizabeth Scherr (Boehm); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Beatrice Korte (Cales); his brother Charles Scherr; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Schikosky, Joe Sklar and Fred Dauk.

He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn (Korte); his children, Peter (Kelly), Blaise (Leanna), Kathleen (Bryan), Aaron (Siobhan) and Andrew (Juntima); his grandchildren, Patrick, Daniel, Zachary, Gracyn, Connor, Brigitta, Alysha and Ethan; his siblings, Daniel (Rose), Frank (Mavis), Monica (Ray), Margaret, Shirley and Korte; and his siblings-in-law, Mel (Marie), Dennis (Vyenda), James (Janice), Gerard (Margaret), Anthony (Linda) and Loretta. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions, a memorial mass and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
