He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Oleynik and Katherine Oleynik (Bordun). He is survived by : his wife Mary Andronowich; and his children, John Oleynik (Mabel, family: Melissa Ava, Liam, Logan), Ryan Saige (Justina), Braxton, Tyson, Anne Anderson (Don, family: Donald Natalie, Cruise), Christopher (Karlee), Sarah (Tim), Mike (Lorrielynn, family: Shanda), Zachary (Aden), William (Iryna, family: Diana), Christina and Markiyan.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Church Building Fund as gifts of remembrance.
