She was predeceased by : her father Lorne "Duke" Maddaford (Duke). She is survived by : her husband Jerry Kobylka; her mother Delores Moritz; her uncle John; her cousins, Joan and Darlene; her son Devin (Brittney); her granddaughters, Isla, Emmerson and Azelyn Maddaford; her siblings, Denise Maddaford (Glenn Krahenbil) and Neil Maddaford (Bonny); her parents-in-law, Irene and Peter Kobylka; and her siblings-in-law, Brian Kobylka, Leanne Mohr (Darrell), Aurissa, Jenna, Layton Kobylka (Lisa), Aiden and Karys.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Health Foundation of East Central Saskatchewan for the chemotherapy unit.
