She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhardt Konkel and Anne Konkel (Semenuik); her brother Gerald Konkel; her sister-in-law Debra Konkel; her parents-in-law, Albert Cottenie and Ethel Cottenie; and her sister-in-law Sherry Sterzer.
She is survived by: her husband Bryan Cottenie; her children, Jared and Kelby Cottenie (Nicole); her brothers, Larry and Terry Konkel (Sandy); and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Konkel, Ken Cottenie (Karen), Kevin Cottenie (Wendy), Glen Sterzer (MaryAnn), Karol Kozmeniuk (Wayne), Gail Fedorak (Leslie) and Shannon Carver (Blaine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Hall (114 West Ave, Kamsack, SK S0A1S0).
