She was predeceased by : her parents, Steve Lemchuk and Mary Alice Lemchuk; and her son Sheldon. She is survived by : her husband Bernie Stadnyk of Yorkton; her son Eugene Stadnyk (Frances); her grandchildren, Deana, Steven and Samuel of Yorkton; and her sisters, Myrna Pelletier (Pierre), Laurel Favel (Michel) and Gwen Carr (Brandan).

Memorials in memory of Diane may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre or St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church as gifts of remembrance.
