She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lessak and Mary Lessak; her stepfather John Maksymetz (Nick); her siblings, Ernie Lessak and Olga Rusnak; her niece Gail Rusnak; and her brothers-in-law, John Rusnak, Fred Moldowan and Mike Sitko.
She is survived by: her sons, Ivan of Vancouver and Randy (Gabrielle); her grandson Kevin of Calgary; her siblings, Emily Moldowan, Dorothy Sitko and Wilf Lessak (Helga); and her sister-in-law Elsie Lessak.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Regional Hospital Fund, Yorkton, c/o the Health Foundation, the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital or to Kinsmen Telemiracle as gifts of remembrance.
