She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kostishen and Dora Kostishen of Canora; her husband Albin Zayshley; her siblings, Allan and Noreen Dull; her brother-in-law Walter Homeniuk; her parents-in-law, Peter and Annie Zayshley; her brother-in-law Ivan Zayshley; her brother Eddie; and her sister-in-law Eileen Hrywkiw.

She is survived by: her sons, Brent Zayshley (Darla), Bart Zayshley (Kim) and Jason Zayshley (Patti); her grandchildren, Cassidy (MIke), Colton (Taylore), Brynn, Jake (Katie), Jordan (Mike), Zak, Gage and Carter; her sister Mary Homeniuk; her sister-in-law Pauline; her nephews, Clarence, Calvin (Simone), Ken (Julie), Bernie (Deb), Dynie (Wendy) and Bradley (Tanis); and her niece Crystal (Shawn).

Memorials in memory of Elsie may be made to St. Mary's Church Building Fund as gifts of remembrance.
