He is survived by: his sister Olga (Stella); his son Kelly (Karen); his grandchildren, Jillian Lazurko, Madelaine Chappell (Justin), Victoria Bryksa (Rick) and Thomas Lazurko (Tia); and his great grandchildren, Ty George Lazurko, James Brent Chappell and Isabella Lynn Bryksa.
