She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Novak; her husband Sam; her father Frank F. Novak; her parents-in-law, Peter and Mary Streifel; her siblings, Mary Gelowitz, Wenzel, Frank and Jack Novak; and her grandson Christopher Famulak.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Streifel (Leona), Verna Famulak and Sandy Korchinski (Kirby); her grandchildren, Aron (Lynell), Shawn (Carla), Krista, Bill (Jessica), Kim (Darren), Lee (Emma), Mike (Nicole), Andy (Rebecca) and Missy; and her sisters, Elizabeth Exner and Doris Flegel. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
