It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilma Carlson of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hilma Carlson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Carlson and Hilma Carlson (Ericksson); her siblings, Art Carlson (Isola), Bert Carlson (Terry), Edwin Carlson (Charlotte), Eric Carlson, Vera Sekieta (Walder), Doris Wright and Ruth King (Delbert); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Gillis (Dolores), Stan Gillis (Doreen), Tony Panko, Robert Eger, Elva Baker (Earl) and Laura Gillis.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Marie Carlson, Bernice Panko and Elaine Eger; her children, Christine Hastings (Randy), Diana Gillis, Dan Gillis (Sherry) and Ron Gillis (Anita); and her grandchildren, Emily (CJ), James, Austin, Sha-Lynn, Ben, Laura, Ava and Madelin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and countless friends.
Donations in memory of Hilma may be made to the Yorkton Regional Health Centre.
