He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mike, Donna Prodonchuk, Ken and Frances Smithson; his mother-in-law Kim Lozinski; his uncle Michael Prodonchuk; and his cousin Kendon Ferris.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his parents, Brenda Prodonchuk and Dale Prodonchuk; his brother Steven Prodonchuk (Kim); his father-in-law Timothy Lozinski; and his brother-in-law Michael Lozinski (Yukari). He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
