He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Duda and Mary Duda. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Jennifer Schick (Vince); his grandchildren, Avery (Bren), Forbes, Greyson, Rylie, Cade and Michael Schick (Olivia); his son Dennis Duda (Jenn); his grandchildren, Ethan Duda and Shaylee Duda; his sister Jane Duda of Peter's Hospital; and his brother-in-law Rick Ferguson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a Charity of One's Choice as gifts of remembrance.
