She was predeceased by : her father Julius Sushetski. She is survived by : her mother Sophie Sushetski (Tkachuk); her husband Brian Belitsky; her children, Melissa Klapak (Tyson) and Clint Belitsky (Lynsey); her grandchildren, Emilee, Xander Klapak, Beckett and Whitney Belitsky; her siblings, Tony Sushetski (Diane), Nadine Yashcheshen (Ted) and Connie Johnson (Bob); and her sisters-in-law, Joanne Godneir (Lyle) and Shelley Kalin (Brian). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She planned on travelling to Europe with Brian to see the Pope, which was cancelled twice due to covid and then her cancer diagnosis – which happened shortly after her retirement and celebrating 45 years of marriage.
Memorials in memory of Marian may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation or to the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency for the Allan Blair Clinic as gifts of remembrance.
