She was predeceased by: her husband Alex Kopeck; and her parents, Peter Berezowski and Claudia Berezowski of Biggar, Saskatchewan.. She is survived by: her children, David Parachoniak (Janis), Susan Bray and Ronald Parachoniak (Hala); her grandchildren, Colin Parachoniak (Debbie), Kim Green (Dale), Christine Parachoniak (Justin), Garret Bray (Trish) and Morgan Johnson (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Kelen, Kylen, Mayson, Heath, Eleanor, Freya and James.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's honor to the Alzheimer's Society.
