She was predeceased by: her son Marvin (Jerry); her husband James; and her siblings, Irene and Bill. She is survived by: her parents, Alex Slywka and Annie Slywka; her siblings, Steve Slywka Yorkton (Florence), John Slywka Yorkton, Nellie Wolkowski Regina (Mike) and Vicky Ostrowercha Yorkton (John); and her children, Janice Miller, Judith Kurulok (Saskatoon) and Tim Kurulok (Robyn).
In lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Mary may be made to a Catholic Charity or Charity of Choice, c/o Bailey's Funeral Home.
