She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Kuzek; her parents, William Kitzan and Wasylka Kitzan (Bill Kuzek); her sons, Raymond and Dennis Kuzek; her daughter-in-law Iris Kuzek; her great grandchild Mila Kuzek; her siblings, Katherine Sebulski and Peter Kitzan; her siblings-in-law, Paul Sebulski, George, Peter Kuzek, Bill Lukiniuk, Andrew Kautzman, Faye Kitzan, Doris Lukiniuk, Sophie Kuzek, Elsie, Eva and Rose Kautzman; and her siblings' children, Ron Lukiniuk, Floyd Dergousoff, Allan Pozniak and Gloria Dergousoff.
She is survived by: her son Randy; her daughters-in-law, Karen and Valerie; her siblings, Rose Christian and Paul Kitzan; her grandchildren, Lawrence Kuzek (Anita), Kevin Kuzek, Chelsie Schneider (Jamie), Rosemarie Falk (Adam), Rebecca Gagnon (Justin), Jonathan Kuzek (Megan), Clorice Roussin (Curtis), Jennifer Ahlers (Jeff), Carla Milleker (Matthew), Derek Kuzek (Jenna) and Eric Kuzek (Jillian); her great grandchildren, Brett, Brenden, Ashley Kuzek, Jayden, Asher Kuzek, Karysma, Trinity, Jazzlynn Schneider, Annabelle, William, Victoria, Eloise, Falk, Myla, Harris Gagnon, Henry Kuzek, Samantha, Sarah Roussin, Kayla, Drew Ahlers, Carter, Madisson, Dawson Milleker, Levi, Chloe, Maisy Kuzek, Juke, Cruz and Lexus Kuzek; and her great great grandchild Karolyne Schneider. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Holy Transfiguration Ukrainian Orthodox Church (89 Bradbrooke Dr, Yorkton, SK S3N2Y2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in memory of Mary Kuzek may be made to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist Cemetery (Riverside Cemetery), Theodore as gifts of remembrance.
