She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Prokopchuk; her parents, Alex Derkach and Lena Yacyshyn; her siblings, Loraine Takarchuk, Verna Boychuk, Rose Shupena, Anna Derkach, Alex Derkach, Stan Yacyshyn and Andy Yacyshyn; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Lena Prokopchuk; and her brothers-in-law, John, Bill, Mike Prokopchuk and George Rurak.
She is survived by: her children, Dale, Glen (Gene) and Glenda Bohn (Tom); her grandchildren, Tyler Bohn (Amanda), Kyle Bohn (Andrea), Jennifer Prokopchuk, Tanner Bohn (Marina) and Carter Bohn; her great grandchildren, Landon, Caleb and Oliver Bohn; her sister Irene Rathbone; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Yachyshyn, Sylvia Yacyshyn, Jesse Doubt, Annie Rurak, Martha Stricker (Ervin), Jesse Prokopchuk and Lillian Prokopchuk.
