She was predeceased by : her parents, Matt Dumka and Irene Dumka (Goodeve); her husband Peter Bohay; her daughter Shirley; and her siblings, Ann Herchak (Peter), Mary (Steve), Karachok, Nellie Karachok (Mike), Toni Woznesenski (Harry), Olga Bohay (Walter), Natalie Bohay (Matt), Alice Bernie (Hugh) and Mike (Annie).
She is survived by : her children, Richard Bohay and Debbie Karakochuk (Mel); her grandchildren, Erin Yakiwchuk (Steve) and Amy Rowley (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Elodie and Everett Yakiwchuk.
