She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Dumenko and Irene Dumenko (Kucey); her husband Nick Marianchuk; her siblings, Mary and William (Bill); her sister-in-law Belle; her brother Joe; and her siblings-in-law, Olga, George, John, Fred, Harry, Sam, Morris and Gerry Marianchuk.
She is survived by: her sons, Myles, Barry and Mark; her great grandchild Myles of Saskatoon, SK; her grandsons, Barry (Brenda, family: Brett, Amelia) of Yorkton, SK, Braden (Jolean), Leo of Regina, SK, Scott (Meghan) of Yorkton, SK and Mark (Jennifer, family: Rylan, Jorden) of Humboldt, SK; and her brother-in-law Norman Marianchuk (Vicki) of Cawaja Beach, ON. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In remembrance of Phyllis' life, memorial donations may be made to a Charity of One's Choice as gifts of remembrance.
