He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh O'Hagan and Josephine O'Hagan; his siblings, Seamus, Eilish and Gabrielle; and his brother-in-law John Lynch.

He is survived by: his daughter Niamh (Ciara); his grandchild Dermot; his wife Marguerite Lynch; his children, Ciara (Bryce) and Dermot (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Maggie, Ciaran, Gabrielle Sveinbjornson, Connor O'Hagan, Eimear, Sinead, Shane, Shaye Currie, Declan and Callum O'Hagan; his siblings, Sylvia, Ann, Gerard and Maureen; and his parents-in-law, Christine and John McGrath (family: Marie Lynch, Seamus, Jennifer Lynch, Martina Lynch).
