She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kukurudz and Anne Leschyshyn; and her siblings, Suzanne, Russell and Bill (Patricia).
She is survived by: her brother Delmar (Jo-Anne).
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church (155 Catherine St, Yorkton, SK S3N0B9). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
