He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Maliyah, Mason, Michael and Matthew; his grandparents, Gertie and Richard Valley; his mother Shannon (Steve); and his siblings, Stacey (Jim), Kylie (Brandon), Cody (Kayla) and Amanda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
