It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresia Spykerman (Yorkton, Saskatchewan), who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Horenberg and Na Horenberg; her husband Tony "Opa" Spykerman; and her son-in-law Paul. She is survived by: her children, Margaret, John (Suzel), Irene (Rick) and Monica; her grandsons, Paul and Shaun (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emelia, Baby, Chad, Erik (Rachelle) and Sarah; and also, Hailey, Bree, April, Curtis (Yuliya), Logan, Jon (Andrea) and Zach (Karley).
In lieu of flowers, friends so wishing may make a donation in Theresa's name to the Hospitals of Regina Foundation and specify on the memo line "Palliative Care Services".
