Tom Quewezance Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Quewezance (Yorkton, Saskatchewan), who passed away on May 10, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom Quewezance to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his children, Thomas and Carrie; his parents, Joyce and Clifford; his siblings, Reginald, Phyllis, Aubrey, Lorena, Eleanor, Lorne, Warren, Cecile, Darryl, Andrea and Toni; his nieces and nephews, Kathleen, Kelsey, Lindsay, Kelly, Amy, Karis, Frankie, Frankie Jr., Travis and Nathan; his grandparents, Bill Joe and Alice Quewezance; his aunts, Gladys, Gloria, Maryanne, Leona, Mildred and Seraphine; his uncle David; his grandparents, Roy and Nellie Whitehawk; and his aunts and uncles, Alma, Cora, Winona, Wesley, Mervin, Delbert, Clifford and Langford.

He is survived by: his significant other Caroline; his grandchildren, Tom Jr., Jeremiah and Nevaeh; his great grandchildren, Azrael, Kieran and Talayah; and his siblings, Myrna, Lorianne and Ted. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

A wake was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Keeseekoose Band Hall. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made for the purchase of trees, to be planted at Keeseekoose First Nation.
