She was predeceased by: her siblings, Philip Ostrowski and Adeline Ostrowski. She is survived by: her husband Ed Yeroschak; her daughters, Chantelle Forsyth and Rashele Wasylenchuk; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Ian and Maeghan.
