He is survived by: his wife Maryann Unyi; his daughter Haley-Jo (Nicole); his grandchildren, Grayson and Payton; his son Mackenzie (Margaret); his grandchildren, Hogan and Hayes; his sister Iris Yaremko (Bill); his nephew Jason; his niece Tracy; his brother Amos; his brother-in-law Dale Procyshen (Sharon); his nephews, Jeremy Luke (Colette) and Elliott Adley (Rikia); his niece Alara Zander Haveroen (Kirby); his brother-in-law Steven Procyshen (Kim); his nephew Matthew (Lain); his siblings-in-law, Kelly Procyshen and Sherry Slusarchuk (Woody); and his nieces, Shae-Lyn (Ian) and Reilee (Kholton).
