He was predeceased by : his parents, George Gottschall and Hilda Gottschall; his brother Gerry; and his father-in-law Alexander Murphy. He is survived by : his wife Mary (Murphy); his children, George (Vielka), Dale (Deni), Candice (Tyler) and Christian (Ana); his grandchildren, Matias, Lily, Rowan, Maddox and Emmett; his stepgrandson Quetzal; his siblings, William (Janet), Kenny (Ann), Helen (Louie), Diana (Alfred) and Tim (Devin); his mother-in-law Bell Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, David (Debbie), Sandy (Jackie), Jimmy (Raylene), Sheena (Wayne Abbey) and Hilda Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
