He is survived by : his brother Dennis Osborne; the mother of his children Noreen Osborne; his children, Scott Osborne, Andrew Osborne and Nancy Osborne; his children-in-law, Jocelyn Joe-Strack and Jim Hughes; and his granddaughters, Lyla Joe-Osborne and Eleanor Joe-Osborne.
