It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilfred Bernard Carter (Whitehorse, Yukon Territory), born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Gordon" Carter and Marjorie Carter (Kinney); and his brothers, Basil (Margaret) and Earl Meagher (Anne Marie). He is survived by: his wife Donna Carter; and his sisters, Rose Carter (Jim Johnson) and Barbara MacAskill (Bernard). He is also survived by three grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
